An open house is the easiest way to walk through a home in person with no appointment and no pressure. The current schedule is above. Just show up during the listed times, look around at your own pace, and ask us anything. A member of the Alisha Collins Real Estate Team is there to answer questions about the home, the neighborhood, and what buying it would actually look like for you.
The schedule updates as new open houses are added, and you will hear from us when the next ones are set. If you would rather see everything for sale, not only the homes with an open house this week, you can browse all of our current listings any time.

Getting the most out of a visit
Bring your questions and take a few photos, because after two or three homes they start to blur together. If you are early in your search, an open house is a low-stakes way to figure out what you actually want. If you are ready to move, we can talk on the spot about making an offer. No. Just come by during the listed times. You can look around at your own pace and ask us anything while you are there.
How often is the open house list updated?
As soon as a new open house is scheduled it goes on the list, and past ones drop off automatically. Once you are on the list, we let you know when new ones are set.
Can I attend if I already have an agent?
Yes, open houses are open to everyone. If you are already working with an agent, feel free to bring them along.
